| Alumni Club Volunteer Resources
Alumni clubs extend the University of Chicago community across the country and around the globe, and volunteers are at the heart of this effort. Last year 250 volunteers in 30 Chicago alumni clubs produced hundreds of events and programs for alumni. Alumni club volunteers create, plan, and staff events that range from faculty lectures to museum tours to community service projects to career networking evenings to special programs that assist current students. In the online guide, volunteers will find resources that include ideas on club structure and activities, volunteer recruitment, event planning and promotion, club management and reporting, online training tools, and ideas from other club volunteers for increasing club membership, events, and volunteers.
